Michael Emerson is President, Group Life, Accident and Health Reinsurance.
He has been with ING since 1997, and with the Division since 2002. Prior to joining ING, Mike served as Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary for Mid-America Mutual Life Insurance Company and as Senior Manager in the actuarial consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche. Mike has more than 23 years of insurance and reinsurance experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. |

Dean Abbott is Chief Insurance Risk Officer and part of the ING Reinsurance Senior Management Team.
Dean has 23 years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience and has been with ING Reinsurance since 2003. Prior to joining ING, Dean served as CFO and Chief Actuary of the Individual Reinsurance Division of Allianz. In addition to his role as Chief Insurance Risk Officer, Dean has also served as the head of ORM since 2006. |

Jeffrey Birkholz is Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer and part of the ING Reinsurance Senior Management Team.
Jeff has 22 years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience including 18 years with ING Reinsurance. His background includes Underwriting, Marketing, Product Development and Operations for both domestic and international business. Jeff leads the Operations Unit which includes the Account Management, Claims, Client Services, Retrocession and Premium Administration and Communications functions. |

Michelle Fallahi is Senior Vice President, Medical and Managed Care Reinsurance and part of the ING Reinsurance Senior Management Team.
She has been with the Division since 2000, and has 23 years of experience in health insurance and reinsurance. Her focus has been on managed healthcare plans, stop-loss underwriting and insurance operations and her responsibilities include management of underwriting, marketing and product development. |

Jim Rathburn is Senior Vice President of Life, Accident and Disability Reinsurance and part of the ING Reinsurance Senior Management Team.
Jim is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Life, Accident and Disability Reinsurance unit and oversees the marketing, underwriting and account management aspects of the business. His responsibilities include managing and expanding key relationships as well as development of products and distribution sources. Jim has been with ING Reinsurance since 1995 and has extensive insurance and reinsurance experience. |
